Applicable scope

The products are suitable to be be installed in those places requiring fire-resisting,non-halogen.10w-fume and flame-retardance.

Production scope

Power cable with rated voltage up to and including 26/35kV, Wires, Control Cable and Instrumentation Cables with rated voltage up to and including 450/750V.

Cable main technical property

1、Fire-resisting property

According to the standards of GB/T 19216.21, the temperature offiring is 750~1000, and fire&cool time is 90+15min. There are not any broken in 2A fuses and the indicator shall keep lighting.

2、Flame-retarding property

It shall pass GB/T 18380.1 the test on a single vertical cable under fire condition.The charred portion shall not have reached exceeding 50mm-540mm above the bottom of upper supporting shaft.

The finshed cables shall pass GB/T 18380.3 the test on bunched cables under fire condition.The charred portion shall not have reached exceeding 2.5m above the bottom edge of the burrne~and the flaming period shall not continue 1 hour after stopping burning.

3、Non-halogen and low-fume property

Halogen acid gas: ≤5mg/g

Emitted Smoke density: ≥60%

pH Value: ≥4.3

Conductivity: ≤10us/mm
