SYWV(Y)-75 Physical High-Forming Polyethylene Insulating Cable is one of low-loss cables, Through air injection to make dielectric foam, With proper selection of technology to form small mutual closed stomata, it makes the dielectric anti-aging and dampproof.

The inner conductor of cable has pure cooper & CCA.The outer Conductor has composite aluminium-plastics tape, tinned cooper wire, bare cooper wire,braided aluminum-magnesium alloy wire braiding.The dielectric and the inner conductor fasten firmly with each other.When the temperature changes or the cable is under tension & compression, The conductor and dielectric will not have relative movement.

Attenuation of SYWV(Y)-75 Type cable is smaller than other same size radio-frequency cable , They are used for CATV Closed-circuit television System, High frequency and ultra high frequency signal transmission, And they Also can be used for data transmission in data transmission network.

Environmental conditions: PVC jacket in general under -25℃~70℃,PE jacket under -40℃~70℃, It will be 90%~95% under the relative temperature is -40℃ 士 2℃. When The indoor bending radius should be not less than 12 times of the cable outer diameter (D), And outdoor tt is not less than 25 times of the cable diameter. During installation, transportation and construction, it should be handled with care, can not be distorted, not piling up heavy pressure.
